Blessing Impala is a Junior Church Pen Pal who lives in Zimbabwe. As you can tell here, Blessing also provides a blessing for the Lees. Please encourage your children to write letters to Blessing Impala, and also Richardson St-Louis (Haiti). Wanda or I can send off the letters for you. Alberto & Lynette Rivas, Dominican Republic

Cristian and Alberto building a "tinaco", a gravity well for their home/church We build a church, they seek "running water" Phil Scott visited from Waterloo Church of Christ, Iowa Lots of Evangelism went on in October Church in Santiago sent groups to evangelize in Monti Cristi Open Spaghetti dinner followed up with door to door evangelism Mission groups working in other parts of DR or Haiti stopped off in Monti Cristi Alberto starting discipleship (future elders and ministers) classes in Monti Cristi and La Pini Helping G.O. Ministries in Haiti 4 or 5 times a month. Praise: When school ends, Lynette quits her job as teacher and they move to Monti Cristi. This ends the 4-5 days away from home every week. The 2 hour drive from Santiago to Monti Cristi, in theory, comes to an end! Praise the emergency medical trip to Iowa was successful and paid for. Pray for: When school ends, Alberto and Lynette lose her teacher income. Alberto's niece was murdered last May. Alberto and Lynette were going to adopt the children, Estefania, 4, and Berto, 2, but, there are issues.
