Letter from Richard Lee - 09 September 2001

09 September 2001

The situation still continues to be a hassle and bothers us a lot, so difficult to make decisions at times, wish God could speak to us out loud so we make the right ones!!!

The elections might be moved forward and they are expecting some problems so most farmers and people out of town are moving into town for security reasons, so we want you to know that we are looking for a small house to rent for a few months while the elections get under way and are on, houses are very scarce and hard to find as everyone is trying to rent. Richard feels that we need to be off the farm at the time of elections. They also want all the white owned farms taken by end of Oct. so it is quite unsettling and a concern right now, not knowing what will happen. While Glen Miller was here in August we were put on orange alert, which means if they called us we would have to evacuate the farm in 30 minutes, so things are not any better.

God Bless you

In Christian love
